Vanessa S. Blanco-Baños, Esq.

Vanessa S. Blanco-Baños graduated Summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida International University.  She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2006 and went on to earn her Master of Laws in Real Property Development from the University of Miami in 2008.

 

Vanessa and her husband, Javier Baños Machado, operate a family-owned law firm in the heart of Miami, where Vanessa's concentration in real estate law compliments the varied practice areas of the firm.

 

Having grown up in a family of real estate professionals, Vanessa developed an early passion for real estate.  A Miami native, Vanessa has an in-depth understanding of the Florida real estate market and has experience in working with a wide range of industry professionals.  From residential and commercial purchases to refinances, Vanessa has experience working from the perspective of sellers, buyers and lenders alike.  

 

In addition to the practice of law, Vanessa enjoys volunteering in her community.  She is an active member of the Junior League of Miami, where she volunteers her time to advance the interests of women and children in her community.  She also serves on various committees at her children's school.  Previously, Vanessa was a Big Sister in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters Program and a volunteer for the American Cancer Society.

 

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Vanessa is able to assist a variety of clients in the South Florida market with all of their real estate needs.
